Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 handful of Gouda, grated
- 50 g minced meat
- 4 tbsp baked beans with tomato sauce
- 1 handful of feta cheese, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- some basil
- some oregano
- some spice mix for tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, cut the puff pastry into large circles. Then place the first sheet of puff pastry on the baking sheet. Spread the minced meat on one half, then top with the baked beans. Spread the feta cheese on the other half, then add dill. Then sprinkle with the seasoning and cover with the other sheet of puff pastry. Press the edges firmly and spread the Gouda cheese over the top. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
