Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 200 ml tomato sauce, ready
  • 100 g spinach
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 6 slices of mozzarella
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 4 m.-large mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

With spinach, feta, salami, ham and mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Slice the mushrooms. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Spread with tomato sauce and top with three strips: one with spinach and feta, the other with salami and mozzarella, and the third with ham and mushrooms. Cut the dough into squares using a pizza cutter and stack them on top of each other. Place the stacks in a loaf pan and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is nice and crispy.
