Pulled Pork Burger

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g pulled pork
  • 400 g pointed cabbage, sliced
  • 250 ml BBQ sauce (mustard honey)
  • 1 large onion(s), red
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 4 large burger buns

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the pulled pork, e.g., in a bag in hot water. Heat the BBQ sauce in a glass jar in the microwave. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Trim, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Cut open the slightly warmed rolls and spread the sauce on the cut edges. Then add cabbage on both sides, then the bell peppers and onions. Finally, add the pulled pork. Close the lid and serve fresh. Of course, you can also make your own pulled pork, sauce, and rolls.
