Mashed potatoes
- 100 ml Barbecue chicken broth sauce from the day before
- 16 Snack tomatoes
- 3 Stems Basil
- 2 Whisked eggs
- 1 kg Potato
- 250 Milliliters Milk
- 40 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt from the mill

- Peel the potato, cut into large pieces and cook. Mash the potatoes finely (to taste) with the addition of a little milk, gradually add the butter, remaining milk and spices, stir well to taste.
- Grease the baking dish, rinse the snack tomatoes and basil with cold water and dry. Remove the basil leaves from the stem. Whisk the eggs and with a small. Season a pinch of salt. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C hot air.
