Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 200 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda
- 160 g pulled pork
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry and spread with crème fraîche and BBQ sauce. Finely dice the onions and spread them on top. Spread the pulled pork (I made my own) on top and sprinkle everything with cheese. Roll up the puff pastry and cut into snails about two fingers thick. Place the snails on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
