- 600 g herb cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 packs of pumpernickel

Spread a layer of pumpernickel on the baking sheet. We recommend placing a cake frame on the baking sheet and placing the bread inside. For the first filling, combine butter, mustard, chopped onions, diced ham, and boiled egg yolk and spread it over the pumpernickel. Cover with a layer of pumpernickel. For the second filling, combine cream cheese and crème fraîche and spread it over the second layer of bread. Garnish with diced egg whites, tomatoes, and herbs.
