Tropical Fruit Cake

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Butter at room temperature
  • 150 Sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 125 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 0,5 tsp Ground lemon peel
  • 400 g Quark
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 ml Fig liqueur or any other liquor
  • 1 Carambola
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 3 Kiwi fresh
  • 1 packet Icing powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour with baking powder and stir in the milk. Grease the fruit base form and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven 150 degrees) for 20-25 minutes. Cooling down and falling.
  • Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar and fig liqueur. Peel the skin from the kiwi and cut into slices. Cut the star fruit into slices. Peel the mango and cut into sticks. Spread the quark cream on the cake base and distribute the fruit on top. Make a cake topping according to the instructions on the packet and pour over the fruit cake. Bon Appetit!!
