Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • 2 onions, red
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini, yellow or green
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • n. B. herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegetarian

First, wash the vegetables and peel the carrots. Dice the squash and onions and fry them in a pan. Then slice the carrots and zucchini, halving them if necessary for size, and add them to the pan as well. Finally, halve the cherry tomatoes and add them. Sauté over medium heat until cooked through. We always season with different spices and herbs, depending on our mood. Rice with herb cream cheese also tastes delicious with this dish. Of course, you can swap out the ingredients as you wish, depending on what you have on hand.
