Pumpkin – Apple – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g pumpkin flesh
  • 300 g apples
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 2 packs of citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the pumpkin and apples into small pieces. Combine all the other ingredients except the citric acid in a large pot. Boil gently for several minutes. Then add the citric acid and stir in. Test for settling and fill prepared, warm jars to the brim. Unscrew the lid and turn upside down.
