Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pumpkin flesh, e.g. orange tot
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 2 slices of bread (brown bread)
  • garlic powder
  • Oil (kernel oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the pumpkin, roast in olive oil for about 4 minutes, season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Halve the bread slice. Mix the garlic with the pumpkin seed oil, brush the bread with it, and roast in the oven on rack 2 at 200°C for 6 minutes. Spread the pumpkin mixture on the bread, drizzle with a little pumpkin seed oil, and serve.
