Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pumpkin flesh, coarsely grated
  • 125 g carrot(s), peeled, coarsely grated
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Clarified butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with carrots

Mix all ingredients and season with spices. Fry small batches of pancakes in clarified butter. Serve with salad.
