Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pumpkin flesh, coarsely grated
- 125 g carrot(s), peeled, coarsely grated
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Clarified butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with carrots
Mix all ingredients and season with spices. Fry small batches of pancakes in clarified butter. Serve with salad.
