Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g bread(s), also black bread (or stale bread), diced
  • 750 g apples, peeled, sliced
  • 50 g butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious sweet main course from leftovers, super quick

Brown the bread in butter, add the apples, and sauté thoroughly. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. We serve it with vanilla sauce.
