Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pumpkin(s) (preferably Hokkaido)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 large apple
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 250 g feta cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 125 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- some oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pumpkin meets feta cheese = delicious delicious
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Wash, quarter, core, and coarsely grate the apple. Pour the sour cream and milk into a tall container, roughly chop the feta cheese into smaller pieces, add, and break the egg over the mixture. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth, then season with salt and pepper. Fry the minced meat in a pan with oil until crumbly. Add the pumpkin pieces and grated apple and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Then add the sauce and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Season everything again with salt, pepper, and chili. We always serve it with rice.
