Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 g Hokkaido pumpkin cooked and mashed
- 100 g Hokkaido pumpkin finely grated
- 120 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 230 g Cane sugar
- 200 g Spelt flour
- 175 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 2 tbsp Natural carbonated mineral water
Aside from that:
- 300 g Chocolate cake icing
- Decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Process all dough ingredients into a smooth dough and spread on a well-greased baking sheet.
- Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
