Pumpkin Pie with Chocolate Icing
The perfect pumpkin pie with chocolate icing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 300 g Hokkaido pumpkin cooked and mashed
- 100 g Hokkaido pumpkin finely grated
- 120 g Soft butter
- 3 Eggs
- 230 g Cane sugar
- 200 g Spelled flour
- 175 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 2 tbsp Natural carbonated mineral water
Aside from that:
- 300 g Chocolate cake icing
- Decoration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
