Ingredients
 

Dough:

  • 300 g Hokkaido pumpkin cooked and mashed
  • 100 g Hokkaido pumpkin finely grated
  • 120 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 230 g Cane sugar
  • 200 g Spelt flour
  • 175 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 2 tbsp Natural carbonated mineral water

Aside from that:

  • 300 g Chocolate cake icing
  • Decoration

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Process all dough ingredients into a smooth dough and spread on a well-greased baking sheet.
  • Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  • After cooling, cover with chocolate icing and decorate.
