Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ¼ kg flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g yeast, fresh
  • 500 g pumpkin flesh, pureed
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

without egg, can be prepared lactose-free and tastes good to children

I boil the pumpkin flesh in 200 ml of water. Mix all the ingredients together and let the dough rise for half an hour. Form the dough into rolls. Slowly heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for 15-20 minutes.
