A delicious soup that even children love.
First, peel and deseed the pumpkin, and cut into small pieces. Then, peel and chop the 6 potatoes. Pour 3 liters of vegetable stock into a large pot and add the pumpkin and potato pieces. Add honey, curry, and nutmeg, then simmer until soft. Now it’s time for the minced meat. Fry this with the syrup, freshly ground pepper, and soy sauce. I always knead the minced meat by hand beforehand (using disposable gloves). This allows the spices to mix in well. Then, break the minced meat into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Adding it to the soup adds another great flavor. The pumpkin and potatoes are now soft enough to be pureed. Now, add the minced meat and crème fraîche and stir in. Just before serving, add the salmon to the soup. Simple smoked salmon from the refrigerated section is fine. Add it either to the pot or directly to the bowl.
