Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 medium-sized pumpkins (Rondinis, 150g each)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of basil
- 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 300 g feta cheese (in one piece)
- Pepper from the mill
- Paprika powder
- Salt

A must for pumpkin lovers
Halve the Rondinis and scoop out the contents with a spoon. Lightly season the scooped vegetables. Chop the scooped contents and place in a bowl. Peel the garlic and press it in. Finely chop the basil, dice the feta, add both to the filling, and season. Spoon the filling into the vegetables and wrap them in aluminum foil (the tops should still be slightly open). Bake in the oven at about 175°C for about 45-60 minutes.
