Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pumpkin(s)
- 100 g bacon
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tsp caraway seeds, whole
- 0.12 liters of vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 500g spaghetti
- Salt water for the pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sauté the pumpkin, bacon, and onions. Add the caraway seeds, then the vegetable stock. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the chopped parsley and top with 2 tablespoons of sour cream. The sauce can be served with the al dente spaghetti or stirred into the pasta.
