Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 7 g baking powder
- 175 ml mineral water
- 50 ml oil
- 1 ½ banana(s)
- possibly raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for toddlers
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Puree the banana with a little mineral water. Chop the raisins slightly. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Pour into a muffin tin. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
