Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of white wine, sweet
  • 2 bottles of red wine, sweet
  • 3 orange(s), untreated, juice and grated peel
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, the juice and the grated peel
  • 500 g sugar (sugar cubes)
  • 4 carnations
  • 3 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 liter tea, black, strong

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the first seven ingredients (without the tea) in a large pot and heat gently—do not boil. Let it steep for about half an hour. Then add the strong black tea and pour into cups. Tip: To round out the flavor a bit, I also add a dash of plum or cherry brandy to the cup.
