Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of peas (frozen), large bag
- 1 cube of stock
- 350 ml water
- 200 ml white wine
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
- 200 ml cream, whipped
- e.g. crabs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
quick, easy, delicious
Cook the peas in water with the stock cube, then puree and add white wine. Season the soup to taste with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and plenty of Parmesan cheese. Serve on a plate and place a dollop of cream in the center. Garnish with crab, if desired.
