Purple vanilla ice cream shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g blackberries
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For 2 glasses, with blueberries and blackberries

Clean and wash the berries, and purée them together, leaving a few for garnish. Then pass them through a sieve. Using a hand blender, purée the ice cream with the milk and berry pulp until very fine. Pour into two attractive glasses and garnish with the remaining fruit. Serve immediately.
