Almond-soy shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 banana(s) not too big
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 500 g soy milk (soy drink) (vanilla flavor)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For 2 glasses, with fruit

To enhance the almonds’ natural flavor, roast them in a pan without oil. Remove them as soon as they begin to brown. Peel the bananas and slice them into pieces, as well as chop the peach. Sort the raspberries. Now puree the soy milk and the fruit with cinnamon, except for a little for garnish. Pour into two attractive glasses and sprinkle with flaked almonds. The remaining fruit can be skewered and served with the shake. Serve immediately.
