Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 pack of red cabbage (apple red cabbage), frozen
  • 1 pack of vegetables (stir-fried vegetables), frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Sauté the frozen vegetables with the spices (included in the package) in a saucepan, first over low heat, then over medium heat. Slice the shallots, halve them, and saute them. Stir in the cooked rice, heat briefly, and serve. Serves 6. Serves 6. Serves 6.
