Leek and ham salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • ½ can corn
  • 3 ring/s pineapple
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Cut the leek into thin rings, wash, and drain well. Cut the pineapple, apple, cooked ham, and eggs into small cubes. Whisk together the vinegar, water, and oil. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix everything together. Season with salt. Let the salad marinate well. It tastes very fruity.
