Arugula salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of Batavia lettuce
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • herbal sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and drain the lettuce and rake leaves, then tear them into bite-sized pieces. Coarsely grate the carrots and arrange them in nests on top of the salad. For the dressing, combine yogurt with cream (and apple syrup if desired) and season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Toast the sesame seeds (brown in a pan without oil) and sprinkle them over the salad. TIP: Try using balsamic vinegar instead of mustard.
