Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 3 small cans of soup (tomato soup), (not concentrated)
- 3 small jars of lettuce (Puszta salad)
- 600 ml cream
- 200 g processed cheese with herbs
- 200 g cream cheese spread
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a large pot. Then drain the fat. Add the tomato soup and Puszta salad (with broth) along with all other ingredients one at a time and simmer until the cream cheese has melted. Puszta soup tastes best when prepared the day before.
