Quark – wholemeal rolls

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the quark in a mixing bowl and mix with one egg. Combine the baking powder and salt with the whole wheat flour and stir into the quark mixture until smooth. Form about 10 small rolls and place them on a greased baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 220°C (190°C fan-assisted). Do not preheat! After about 20 minutes, the rolls should be light brown, fluffy, and tall.
