Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp protein powder, vanilla
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- some sweetener
- 1 apple
- some cinnamon powder

Mix all ingredients except the apple until smooth and spread tablespoon by tablespoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Makes about 8 flatbreads. Core the apple and cut into wedges. Top the flatbreads with apple wedges and bake for 20-30 minutes at 160-170°C (320-330°F) using a fan oven.
