Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g Gouda, young
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g oil
- 200 g wheat flour type 405
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 tsp, heaped sugar
- salt and pepper
- Herbs as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely grate the Gouda cheese. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Quickly mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece out into a circle about 1 cm thick, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and prick several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan oven without preheating) for about 15 minutes and serve warm.
