Quark and sour cream rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 300 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Drop the dough in portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using two spoonfuls and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. This dough makes enough for 12 small rolls.
