Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pack of lemon peel
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 125 g flour
  • e.g. vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Add the lemon zest, salt, and low-fat quark. Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the quark mixture. Form the dough into small balls and fry in a pan with oil (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
