Quark – Balls

Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 50 g butter
  • 350 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pts. vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Fat, for frying
  • some milk, for mixing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then add the quark. Mix with the flour, baking powder, and milk until a smooth batter forms. Fry, spoonful by spoonful, in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
