Quark – blueberry – tart

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 jar blueberries or other fruit without juice
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a well-greased tart dish. Sprinkle with fruit and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes, depending on how browned you like it. Delicious served hot or cold.
