Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 shot of milk (add to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. Shape the dough into a loaf and bake on a baking sheet (second rack from the bottom) at 190 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
