Makes approximately 16 slices. Knead the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. For the topping, separate the eggs. Whisk the quark, flour, sugar, egg yolks, milk, and butter well. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Spread the shortcrust pastry evenly in a greased springform pan, pull up the sides, and pour the quark mixture on top. Bake in the oven at 160°C fan/convection oven or 180°C top/bottom heat for about one hour, until the cake is done.
