Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 sachets of pudding powder (cream flavor)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 40 g semolina
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until frothy. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes, until the cake is browned (use a skewer to check). Cover with aluminum foil toward the end if necessary.
