Quark Cake without Flour

- 5 piece Organic eggs
- 1 pack V pudding
- 1 kg Organic low-fat quark
- 0,5 tbsp Baking soda
- 0,5 juice Lemon
- 3 tbsp Xucker or xylitol
- Open the eggs and beat in a bowl for about 4-5 minutes, the egg mixture will turn out very light.
- Then add all the other ingredients and mix well with the food processor.
- Fill into molds, enough for the snowman and some muffins, and bake at 160 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
