Quark Cake without Flour

The perfect quark cake without flour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 piece Organic eggs
  • 1 pack V pudding
  • 1 kg Organic low-fat quark
  • 0,5 tbsp Baking soda
  • 0,5 juice Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Xucker or xylitol
  1. Open the eggs and beat in a bowl for about 4-5 minutes, the egg mixture will turn out very light.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well with the food processor.
  3. Fill into molds, enough for the snowman and some muffins, and bake at 160 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
