Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 750 g quark
- 160 g butter
- 160 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 pinches of salt
- Butter for the mold
Instructions

easy and fast
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour the quark mixture into a buttered casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 30-45 minutes. The quark casserole is ready when the top is golden brown and no batter sticks when pierced with a wooden skewer. I prefer a simple hot sauce made from water and fruit jelly or strawberry jam.
