Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ orange(s), organic
  • 2 egg whites, very fresh
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the orange, zest it, and squeeze out the juice. Beat the egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff peaks form. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the quark with the orange zest and juice, along with the cinnamon, and fold in the cream and egg whites.
