  • 125 g quark
  • 125 ml milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp rum
  • 2 tbsp cream, whipped until stiff
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for fruit salad

Simply mix all ingredients together. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
