Tortellini and pork fillet casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tortellini
  • 300 g pork fillet(s)
  • ½ broccoli
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 600 ml whipped cream
  • butter
  • Flour
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • n. B. garlic
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with broccoli in cream sauce

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Cut the broccoli into small florets and bring to a boil. Now cut the pork fillet into strips, season, and lightly brown in the fat. Combine the prepared ingredients in a casserole dish. Next, heat the butter in a saucepan and make a roux with the flour. Deglaze with the cream and a little water. You can vary the sauce depending on your preference. I always make it quite thick. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and other spices of your choice. Pour this over the other ingredients and top with the cheese. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes.
