Quark Cream with Strawberry and Basil Pesto

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pot Basil
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 50 g Dark chocolate shavings
  • 3 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 0,5 tsp Lemon peel

Instructions
 

  • Set aside some basil leaves and strawberries for garnish. Halve the strawberries, puree with basil and vanilla sugar and put in the fridge.
  • Stir the skimmed quark with the milk until smooth, add amaretto to taste and sweeten with sugar. Fold in the chocolate shavings, almonds and lemon zest.
  • Fill the quark cream into glasses. Spread the strawberry and basil pesto on top and garnish with the strawberry and basil leaf.
