Ingredients
- 500 g Freshly prepared strawberry
- 90 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Strawberry syrup
- 150 g Mascarpone
- 200 g Sour cream
- 100 g Cream
- 2 stem Basil leaves
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat dry, cut into small pieces, place in a tall container and puree with the powdered sugar
- Finely chop the basil leaves and puree with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and add to the strawberry mixture
- Mix the mascarpone, sour cream and cream to a smooth mass and fold in the strawberry puree
- Put everything in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes
