Strawberry Ice Cream with Basil

The perfect strawberry ice cream with basil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Freshly prepared strawberry
  • 90 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry syrup
  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 100 g Cream
  • 2 stem Basil leaves
  1. Wash the strawberries and pat dry, cut into small pieces, place in a tall container and puree with the powdered sugar
  1. Finely chop the basil leaves and puree with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and add to the strawberry mixture
  1. Mix the mascarpone, sour cream and cream to a smooth mass and fold in the strawberry puree
  1. Put everything in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes
