Sweet Couscous

The perfect sweet couscous recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 ml Buttermilk
  • 150 g Couscous
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 200 g Dried apricots
  • 1 Banana
  1. Heat the buttermilk and stir in the honey. When it boils, stir in the couscous and let it soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
  1. In the meantime, cut the dried apricots and banana into small pieces. Stir the fruit into the couscous.
  1. It can be eaten warm, as a sweet main meal or cold as a dessert.
