Sweet Couscous
The perfect sweet couscous recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 ml Buttermilk
- 150 g Couscous
- 1 tsp Honey
- 200 g Dried apricots
- 1 Banana
- Heat the buttermilk and stir in the honey. When it boils, stir in the couscous and let it soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the dried apricots and banana into small pieces. Stir the fruit into the couscous.
- It can be eaten warm, as a sweet main meal or cold as a dessert.
