Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp, heaped instant coffee powder
  • 2 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 2 cl brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the whipped cream to a boil, stir in the coffee, and chill. Combine the quark and brandy. Whip the coffee-whipped cream with the sugar until stiff and fold into the quark.
