Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 cup of yogurt or some milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 can peach(s), drained

incredibly quick and super easy
Mix the low-fat quark, yogurt, and vanilla sugar thoroughly. Dice the peaches and mix in. It takes less than 5 minutes and is so delicious… You should refrigerate the whole thing for a while, though, or you’ll notice too much of the vanilla sugar. Tip: I simply add a splash of milk if I don’t have yogurt on hand. I like it a little sweeter, so I always use two packets of vanilla sugar.
