Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of milk, approx. 200 – 250 ml content
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine milk, vanilla sugar, sugar, and cornstarch in a cream. Remove from heat and stir in the quark. Can be enjoyed on its own or with compote.
