Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 400 g flour
- 8 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon – sugar to taste
- Butter, brown to taste
Instructions

Family recipe
Mix the quark with flour, eggs, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Using a wet tablespoon, scoop out dumplings and drop them into boiling salted water. Let them simmer for 10 minutes until tender. Serve with cinnamon sugar and brown butter.
