Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 160 g flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Russian dessert
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Melt the butter with the egg-sugar mixture, then knead the quark and flour with a dough hook until a dough forms. The dough should still be soft. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out thin sausages from the dough. Cut into pieces with a knife and then place in boiling salted water. Once the galushki float to the top, they’re done. Serve with sour cream or melted butter and a little sugar, depending on your taste. Approx. 258 kcal per serving.
